Welcome! Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about our epoxy resin products, reusable molds, and services.

GENERAL

Q: What products do you offer?
We specialize in high-quality epoxy resin art pieces, countertops, floors, metallic finishes, and custom design solutions for furniture, and newly added to our offering is floral preservation.

Q: Who are your products for?
We provide services to businesses, interior designers, as well as consumers.

Q: Where are you located? Do you ship internationally?

EPOXY COUNTERTOPS

Q: Are epoxy countertops heat-resistant?
Our epoxy is heat-resistant up to about 120–130°C (250–265°F). We recommend using trivets or hot pads to protect the surface from direct contact with hot pots or pans.

Q: How durable are epoxy countertops?
Epoxy creates a strong, impact-resistant surface. It’s scratch-resistant (though not scratch-proof) and stands up well to everyday kitchen use.

Q: Can you install epoxy over existing countertops?
Yes! We can apply epoxy over laminate, tile, concrete, or wood. The surface must be cleaned and prepped properly for best adhesion.

Q: Will the color or shine fade over time?
No. Our epoxy has built-in UV resistance to help maintain its clarity and gloss over time. However, for outdoor installations, some yellowing may occur with extended sun exposure.

EPOXY FLOORS

Q: Are epoxy floors slippery?
When dry, epoxy floors have a smooth, glossy finish that can be slippery. We offer anti-slip additives for high-traffic or wet areas like garages, kitchens, and basements.

Q: How long does installation take?
Installation depends on the size and condition of the space. Most residential epoxy floor jobs are completed in 2–3 days, including prep and cure time.

Q: Can epoxy be applied over concrete?
Yes. Epoxy is ideal for sealing, strengthening, and beautifying concrete floors. We assess each space for cracks or moisture issues before application.

Q: Is epoxy flooring good for basements or garages?
Absolutely. Epoxy is moisture-resistant, easy to clean, and incredibly durable—making it perfect for garages, basements, laundry rooms, and commercial spaces.

CUSTOM EPOXY FURNITURE

Q: What types of furniture do you make?
We create custom tables, desks, shelving, countertops, benches, and feature pieces that combine wood, metal, and epoxy for a high-end, one-of-a-kind look.

Q: Can I choose the wood, colors, or design?
Yes! Every piece is made to order. You can select the wood species, epoxy color, pattern (like river table or solid pour), and even embedded objects or branding.

Q: How do I care for epoxy furniture?
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaners or abrasives. We also recommend using coasters and placemats to preserve the finish.

Q: Do you deliver or ship custom furniture?
Yes, we offer local delivery and can arrange shipping for larger items across Canada and the U.S. Custom crates and white-glove delivery options are available on request.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Q: How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times depend on your location, but most packages arrive within 10–12 business days.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
